Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. ' State Engineer's office. Salt Lake City, Utah. February 23, 1909. Notice Is hereby given that Charles E. Smith, whoso postofllce address Is Ogden. Utah, has made application in jycordanco with the requirements of of Chapter 108, Session Laws or Utah, 1905, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to appropriate one-tenth (MO) of a cubic-foot per pecond or water from a spring In Weber Count)', Utah. Said spring Is situated at u point which lies 500 feet north and 320 feot west of the center of Section 22, Township Town-ship 6 north, Rango 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Said water will bo diverted at the point where It l&-sues l&-sues from said spring and conveyed by means of a pipe lino for a distance of 650 feet and there used from January Janu-ary 1 to December 31, Inclusive ot each year, for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 2106. 1 All protests against tho granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after tho completion of tho 'publication of this notice.
