Fearing for tho safety of their prisoners If they were taken to Sharon or tho county seat at Mercer, the police tonight brought James H. Boyle and his wife, acoused of kidnaping Willie Whitla, to tho Allegheney county jail here. They wore brought here in a special car from Cleveland. The prisoners were guarded by sixteen detectives and officers. The allege.! kidnapers will be kept In Jail hero several days and at some time, when the public is not expecting It, they will be removed to the Mercer county Jail, where they will be kept until the grand Jury convenes the third week in April. Boyle and his wife have made it easy for tho police by waiving extradition extra-dition papers .and coming voluntarily to Hennsylvanla.
