Nothing so sensational as the suicide her ester-day ester-day by asphyxiation of Mrs. Pierre Lorillard, Jr., tho wife of the tobacco magnate, has occurred In the national capltol for years. The prominence or the family, and the mystery surrounding surround-ing the tragic affair, lend peculiar interest in-terest to the case. Coronor Nevltt said today that he had the sealed envelope which Mrs. Lorillard left pinned to her clothing and which read, "To bo burled with me unopened," as well as another envelope en-velope which w'as left In tho room, containing a note, but he says he will not make public the contents of either, eith-er, because he has been requested not to do so. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Interment will be at IrY-InglOD, IrY-InglOD, N. Y. |
