Thomas $7,500 for Injuries sustained sustain-ed In the theater when she was strtlck on the head with a slide and name from a calcium light in the gallery. The defense contended that the calcium cal-cium was being operated by the company com-pany showing in thetheatcr, and that the manager was not responsible. The court held, however, that a theatrical manager is liable for the safety of his i patrons.
