In the district court this morning a raint echo was heard of the remarkable case of the SUte of Utah against K.' Bramlett, B. J. McGuire and John K.. Garrett, charged with robbery, when District AUorney Harris moved to amend a former motion for dismissal of the case The amendment was directed di-rected in part to defendants" counsel, who quickly and emphatically announced an-nounced that they were through with tho case, having concluded it satisfactorily satisfac-torily to their clients, being recompensed recom-pensed for their professional labors and dismissed. In the district court this morning Judgment was entered en-tered in favor of the First National bank and against Richard L. Taylor for $9,049.75, with 8 per cent Interest and 10 per cent as attorney's fees, and -against John L. Taylor ror $S,-77 $S,-77 1.75, with Interest at 8 per cent and 10 per cent for attorney's rees. Park Commlseion Changes. It wa stated today that W. T.
