Rol6e, Ida., March 25 In an interview inter-view here today Chief Clerk James H. Wallis of the house of representatives, at the last session of the legislature, stated that four rages of house bill No. 273, relating to the transmission of funds from county' treasurers to the state treasurer, were torn trom the original bill and destroyed by him, In accordance with authority trom Speaker Clagstone to make changes In the bill so that it would contorm to the records of the house, all or which took place since the legislature legisla-ture adjourned. When interrogated relative to the matter, Governor Brady said he was satisfied the officers ot the house Daci acted in good faith and Tor the best Interests or the state. . He stated ne believed there was no occasion to or- i dor an investigation or their actions or to call a special session of the legislature. leg-islature.
