The Highway trade conference which has terminated termin-ated a four-days' conference here, will recommend to the legislature of idlorado drastic measures to reduce traffic accidents. In-jured. 8 Being the principal ot accomplice accom-plice ln tho theft of a car. or in making mak-ing false registration. 4 Third conviction within year for speeding. Optional revocation of licenses Is j proposed for reckless driving and for excessive speed. The pedestrian is not overlooked in the code of principles, which says: "Pedestrians traveling on public highways should keep to sidewalks when such exist, and In other places should travel on the left-hand side of I the highway Where traffic officers are stationed pedi strluns should not coss highways except when signaled by the traffic officer."
