With I he purpose of establishing itself it-self SS a real fuetor In the campaign to speed up house, building and to rt-lleve rt-lleve the present shortage, the Building Build-ing Trades Unions' Construction and Housing Council has been Incorporated and Is already on the Job. A complete set of officers, a staff of engineers and architects and a committee com-mittee on financing that has plans already al-ready developed for a co-operative bank, have been picked and 600 shareholders share-holders have signed up. i All of the building trades unions in Greater Boston sent five w-orklng men eaCh lo a conference. Through the co-operative bank the council plnns to finance the building of homes for members or outsiders, the bank taking the first mortgage.
