I A wireless message from Moscow ; states that there are now 3,450,000 tons of oil in slock In Azerbaijan .and that Sercbrovaky, the chairman of the Azerbaijan soviet expects to be able i deliver about 4,SOn.oiio tons ..f oil n.-xt year. Or this amount 4. 000. 000 tons Will be from Baku and the remainder, from Gronzy. It is also announced through Mo- cow that the Azerbaijan soviet has nationalized 18t oil producers and has' undertaken to increase the production' of oil by drilling sixty new wells and I resuming work on other ones that had been abandoned by their former owners.
