Show Two Dollar Charge For Holding Grain For Inspection WASHINGTON. July 5 The interstate inter-state commerce commission today approved ap-proved a charge of $2 per car for holding hold-ing grain and seed sent out for inspection in-spection when disposition orders are not furnished before six p. m. of the day inspection is made. As neither state nor federal laws require inspection inspec-tion of hay or straw, the commission approved a flat charge of $2 per car without limitation of time when hay or straw is held tor inspection.
