Show RED CROSS ELECT! IS 8EI1 HELD AT Mil i This Is the day for the annual election elec-tion of the officers and directors of the American Red Cross for the ensu-I ensu-I ing year. There are five dirctors, be-I be-I sides a president, vice president, secretary sec-retary and treasurer to be elected at the I ballot box in the City hall between tho ! hours of 2 and S p. m. today. Tho election is open to all the members mem-bers of the local chapter. Ogden will realize the importance of this election and take time and pains lo do their full duty and vote. I At the annual meeting of the members mem-bers tonight at 8 o'clock in the City hall, reports will be received from the -various departments of the work. Each and every committee is expected to make a full report of the activities of the year. There will also be reports from the treasurer and president as well as a secretary's report. The great feature of the meeting will be the talk given by Mr. Oxloy. the western manager of the Red Cross. Mr. Oxley is a speaker of much ability and will be worth anybody's while to hear. He will tell jusl what tho people peo-ple desire and, if he does not, there will be an opportunity for any to ask questions so that all problems and difficulties dif-ficulties which anyone, has may be cleared up. This will be an exceptional exception-al opportunity for the people of Ogden to learn at first hand the real condition condi-tion and work of the great national movement. The meeting at S o'clock is for all. It matters not whether you are a member mem-ber of the Red Cross. |
