Show oo UNION MEN ARE DRIVEN FROM CAMP SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 29. Intl-J mation that criminal suits would be filed against the members of an alleged al-leged vigilance committee, representing represent-ing themselves as the Citizens' Protective Pro-tective association of Bingham, Utah, who are said to have driven a group of organizers and officials of the Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers' union out of that city. Friday, under threat, was made by officials of tho union today. Union officials said that they would appeal to President Wilson and to Samuel Gompors, president of the American Federation of Labor. The union organizers are now in Salt Lake City. They conferred today with Governor Bamberger and W. W. Ray, United States district attorney. Mr. Ray informed them that as long as they did not create a disturbance they were entitled to return to Bingham. The organizers denied that they were in any way connected with the Industrial In-dustrial Workers of the World. oo AMERICANS SHELL GERMANS. WITH THE AMERICAN ARMY IN FRANCE. Oct. 29.
