Show WORLD'S MARKETS NEW YORK. Nov, 22. Irregular changes marked todayX changes in the stock matket, declinesoutnumbor-ing declinesoutnumbor-ing gains. Equipments, specialties nnd munitions reacted 1 to 3 points, General Gen-eral Electric manifesting the greatest weakness. United States Steel yielded a small fraction and rails moved within narrow limits for the most part. Illinois Central was the only exception, excep-tion, gaining 2 points. Trading lacked the activity of yesterday's final hour. United States Steel's one point fluctuation measured the extent of the movement in leading stocks during the first hours. Activity of minor war specialties at 1 to 2 point gains was ascribed to professional Interests. Reading was strongest of the rails, others of that group recovering, however, how-ever, from early recessions. Steel's early rise to 97 at noon imparted strength to shippings and rails. Foreign For-eign conditions were reflected in another an-other low record for Italian oxchange. Liberty 4's held at 98.00 to 98.20 and the 3's at 99.94 Co 99.00.
