Show oo WRECKS ON THE 0. L. & I. Three wrecks on the Ogden, Logan I &. Idaho electric road within a comparatively com-paratively short period are distressing, distress-ing, but the responsibility seems to have rested with the men operating the trains. Regardless of how carefully a company's com-pany's affairs may bo directed, if the individual employe has lapse of memory, mem-ory, grows careless or falls asleep, accidents ac-cidents will occur. We arc told that block signals would not have prevented the wrecks, because be-cause there was failure on the part of individuals which could not be corrected correct-ed by signals. |
