After a two hours' conference today between President Wilson and chiefs of the four railroad brotherhoods and members mem-bers of the federal mediation board regarding re-garding the brotherhoods' wage demands, de-mands, It was stated that the situation situa-tion appeared favorable It was announced that President Wilson would issue a statement and the brotherhood representatives also arranged to give out a formal statement state-ment -lato today. The brotherhood expressed ex-pressed themselves as satisfied with the results of tho conference but withheld with-held further details.
