Show TWELVE TEAMS PLAY IN TWIN FALLS MEET TWIN FALLS, Ida., March 3. The second annual tournament of the basketball bas-ketball teams of southern Idaho wllli be held in Twin Falls March 8 and 9. j Nearly 100 athletes will be present to participate, representing twelve southern south-ern Idaho towns. At this tournament some fifteen games will be played. The former will begin Friday afternoon, after-noon, March 8, and games will be playd on the evening of that day and morning and evening of Saturday. Tho stronger teams will form Class A, and will contend for the championship of this part of the state and for the big cup. Tho others will make up Class B, and work for the consolation cup. The Rupert Gooding and Twin Falls teams are believed the strongest teams, and the contest among these will be keen. The Oakley team was the winner last year. The following towns will be represented: repre-sented: Buhl, Holllster, Kimberly; Burley, Heyburn, Oakley, Rupert, Wendell, Wen-dell, Jerome, Shoshone and Gooding. |
