Show MOUSE AGREES ON RAILROAD BILL WASHINGTON, March 4. Agreement Agree-ment on compensation of railroads while under government control, based upon the average of their net incomo for the three years ending June 30, last, and substantially in-the form approved ap-proved by the senate, was reached today to-day by the conferees on the administration adminis-tration railroad bill. The houso conferees accepted the senate provision providing that no allowance al-lowance shall be made for money spent on Improvements during the last few months preceding federal control. con-trol. This would reduce the compensation compen-sation about $6,500,000 annually.
