Nebeker, $ Logan lawyer and civic worker, whose f death occurred last Wednesday at Los i Angeles, was held yesterday at the j tabernacle In Logan. Members of the j i Logan bar and the Commercial K Boosters' club attended In a body. f, 1 Eulogies were given by Dr. E. G. Peterson, president of the Agricultural jj college of Utah; II. E. Hatch, A. E. t R Bowen, Mr. Ncbeker's law partner, . fi and Dr. George Thomas of the Unlver- i sity of Utah. A solo was sung by Frank Baugh. Mr. Nebeker's death followed an illness of three years. He was 40 years old. r Mr. Nebeker was born at Laketown, Rich county, and was a son of Bishop 1 and Mrs. Ira Nebeker. Ho studied law I J at Cornell university and later was 1 1 graduated from the University of Chi- i j cago. Ho wa3 ono of the few Utah M men elected to membership in the L order of Caif, an organization of IW alumni of the larger universities. , Mr. Nebeker was a brother of Frank 1 1 1 K. Nebeker and Aquila Nebeker, Unit- I a 3fni marshal, of Salt Lake. He is J 1 survived by his widow, who was Miss ; It Florence Gwilliams of Ogden, and a if son, 5 years old. f j S |
