Summary of the Local Market Columbus Rexall started off on ihe first call on what looked like a big recovery .but fell short and began to decline, de-cline, selling at the close for $1.17Vi after opening at $1.30. The sales were the best seen on this issue for months and close on to 15.000 shares were transferred. Prince Consolidated was rather active selling 1700 shares in odd lots on the decline which closed at 93 cents. Walker Mining company was also rather active, making all the sales in odd lots. Zuma mado quito a run on tho board, and 5500 shares changed hands, between 8 and 10 cents. Central Eureka and Victor Mining companv, two new stocks, were listed todav and the former sold 1000 shares on the second call, while the latter went up 12 cents, but no sales wero made.
