Previous to taking up world's series matters tho national baseball commission, in ses- sion here today, disposed of the play-i play-i er draft, a process by means of which the two major leagues draw by lot for the pick of tho minor leagues. At its completion the draft showed that the National league had drafted twentj'-I twentj'-I two players and the American league twelve from the minors. ( Cincinnati led all other clubs In getting get-ting players through draft, seven men I coming here. Philadelphia Nationals 4 obtained six men and the "Washington Americans obtained three. Ivjice viiiuu, -LuuuiL, iNuw iurn Americans; Ameri-cans; Brooklyn, Boston Nationals, Chicago Chi-cago Nationals and New York Nationals Nation-als each obtained two while tho Boston Bos-ton Americans, Philadelphia Americans, Ameri-cans, St. Louis Americans, St. Louis Nationals each obtained one. The Boston Bos-ton Nationals originally drafted six i men, but later cancelled their claims on Lane of Oakland, Conway of Worcester, Wor-cester, Murray of "Worcester and Mun-roe Mun-roe of Joplin. Neither the Plttsburghs of the National Na-tional league nor the Chicago Americans Ameri-cans obtained a man by draft. The commission adjourned to meet tomorrow morning when a large number num-ber of miscellaneous cases will be taken up. The Drafted Players.
