Johnson this afternoon at the high school. This is the first m opportunity during the new school year the superintendent has had to meet the heads of the various schools. Finger Cul Off A finger of Charles Ohlson was amputated at the Dee hospital, hos-pital, following an Injury to that member mem-ber while young Ohlson was working at the American Can company. All that Is known is that the gasket machine, on which he was working, became jammed jam-med and in an effort to repair it, the young man's finger was caught and so badly lacerated and crushed that amputation am-putation was found to be necessary.
