They were married in Ogden, June 25, 191G. The plaintiff charges that his wife has treated him cruelly during dur-ing the past year and particularly the last month. On the 18th of tho month, ho says, she went automobile riding wih one John Do j, t ivJ tod in a familiar fam-iliar manner with him, kissing and embracing em-bracing him at their departure. Ho claims that his wife has given attention atten-tion to several other men, going to theaters and places of amusement with them against his wishes and while he was away working In the ra'ilroad shops. Today it was stated Mr. Taylor Tay-lor will withdraw his action for divorce. di-vorce. v |
