Show HARRY WODO IN COURT PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO CHARGE Harrv Wood, alias Davis, charged with assault with intent to murder Charles A. Wood, street car conductor, win. shot and killed Wood's alleged companion, Charles McCullen. in an attempted holdup October 30, was arraigned ar-raigned before District Jur'.ge Arthur E. Pratt today and pleaded not guilt. His trial was set for February 6 and Attorneys Rinehart L Gideon and David Da-vid L. Stine were appointed by the court to defend him. Wood's bearing in court was differ ent from his previous appearance. He squared his shoulders and stood as Mraight as his terrible gunshot wound would allow and evinced a keen interest inter-est in the proceedings.
