Show NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. Estate of William C. Penrod, Deceased. De-ceased. The undersigned will sell, at private pri-vate sale, the following described real and personal property, situated in Weber We-ber County, State of Utah, to-wlt: An undivided one-third right, title, interest and estate In and to the three following described tracts of land In Weber County, Utah, to-wit: Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Seven, Township Seven North, Range One East, Salt Lake Meridian, United States Survey: Beginning at a point on the East line of the said Quarter Section 1375.2 feet South 0 aegrees zo minutes west irom tne northeast corner thereof, and running thence North 39 degrees 44 minutes west S20 8 feet; thence north 82 degrees de-grees 9 minutes west 280.5 feet; thence south 73 degrees 21 minutes west 1579.5 feet; thenco south 500 feet; thence south 73 degrees 21 minutes min-utes west 50 feet to the west line of said quarter section; thence south to the southwest corner of said quarter section; thence east of the southeast corner of the said quarter section; thence north 0 degrees 25 minutes east 12S2.2 feet along the east line of the said quarter section to the place of beginning, containing 97.3 acres more or less. The other undivided two-thirds interest is owned and held by Oliver A. Penrod and Cyrus A. Pen-rod, Pen-rod, brothere of the decedent. The said land is mountainous pasture land without water right of any kind and has no buildings or improvements upon iL Part of the northeast quarter of section sec-tion eighteen, Township Seven North, Range One East, Salt Lake meridian, United States survey; beginning at the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of section IS, thence north S5 degrees 30 mlnues east to a point 1856.2 feet South 85 degrees 30 minutes west from the northeast corner of said quarter section, south 19 degrees ui uniiuico caoi UOi.U iUCl,, UUIL11 OO degrees 30 minutes east 549.5 feet, south 0 degrees 6 minutes, west parallel paral-lel with the east section line, 25 rods north 85 degrees 30 minutes east 65 rods to section line, thence south along section line to a point 38 rods north of tho southeast corner of said quarter section, thence west 80 rods, thence north 42 rods, thence west SO rods more or less to the west line of said quarter section, thence north to beginning. The other undivided two-thirds two-thirds interest is owned and held by Oliver A. Penrod and Cyrus A. Pen-rod, Pen-rod, brothers of the decedent. Of the last above tract of land 20 acres is cultivated and Irrigated and has a log house and hay shed upon it. Excepting, however, the following described tract of land to-wit. Beginning at the northwest corner of said northwest quarter sec- tion, and running thence east 19 rods & and 3 feet, thence south 50 rods f thence in a northwesterly direction to I a point 30 rods and 13 feet south of 1 tho placo of beginning, thenco north 30 rods and 134 feet to the place of beginning. The' other undivided two-thirds two-thirds Interest is owned and held by Oliver A. Penrod and Cyrus A. Pen. rod, brothers of tho decedent. Tha last above described tract of land is J all cultivated and irrigated and has a log house, two sheas and granary standing upon it. Also the entirety of a contract with s the State of Utah dated November io 1910, and numbered 14478, for the sale by the State to the decedent, William C. Penrod, of all of Section 32 in township 8 north of range one east of the Salt Lake meridian, United Statea ' survey, containing 640 acres, for the' sum of $1600.00 and interest, payable as follows: $160.00 principal, and $16.80 Interest, at the time of pur- l chase and $144 00 annually and accru-ine accru-ine interest on the dp.fnrro1 n-,,. ments on the first day of January of each year until and including Janu- ary 1, 1920. ' Four horses, three colts, two cows, sundry farming implements and machinery, ma-chinery, sundry household goods and ' effects; on or after the 2Sth day of ' Juno A.
