The officers H selected were E. W. Cannady, presl- H I I dent; J. R. Ward, vlce--presldent, and A W. Hadlev, secretary-treasurer. These with C. C. Rasmusson and Fred Frorcr, form the board of directors. direc-tors. Following the election of officers, a constitution was adopted, ln which it was stated that the object of the Ogden Og-den Realty Board was to improve the conditions of tho real estate business by united activity directed to the-com-mon good. Any male person, firm or corporation being actively engaged In tho real estate business and maintaining main-taining a real estate offico In Weber county, Utah, may become a member of the board by a majority vote of the directors and the payment of a membership 'fee to the treasurer. Any taxpayer ln Weber county may become be-come an associate member, by invitation invita-tion of the board of directors and the payment of a small fee. The funds derived from tho payment of membership fees will be used to cover the expenses of bl-weokly business busi-ness luncheons at the Weber club. According to Secretary A. W. Hartley, Hart-ley, who familiarized himself with the Minneapolis plan during a visit to that city several months ago, at the regular luncheons the tax question, that of advertising Ogden City and Weber county ln the eastern states and arranging ar-ranging for home-seekers' excursions to this locality, tho question of promoting pro-moting local Industries and tho welcoming wel-coming of outsldo capital will be discussed. dis-cussed.
