Show EASTERN TOURISTS SEE TRE CMVDPJ A party of eighty-six eastern tourists, tour-ists, on routo to Yellowstone park, arrived in Ogden yesterday afternoon on a Union Pacific train and departed for the north on the Yellowstone special. spe-cial. Their time between trains, nearly near-ly five hours, was passed In a visit to tho Hermitage in Ogden canyon, where they enjoyed a trout and chicken chick-en dinner. The party was the first of the season, sea-son, whose itinerary arranged by tho Union Pacific-Northwestern department depart-ment of tours, called for a stop-over at Ogden and a trip to the canyon, and it is anticipated that many others will enjoy the same prlvilego during the remainder of the season. Before departing for Yellowstone, tho easterners expressed themselves as having been delighted with their visit to the canyon, stating that the noted gorge was one of tho moBt beautiful beau-tiful they had evor seen. no |
