NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Notice is hereby given that Ogden City proposes to make the following public Improvement, to-wit: Build concrete curbs and gutters in Curb and Gutter District No. 120, being on both sides of Twenty-sixth street between be-tween Madison and Monroe avenues, together with all Intersections and the necessary grading therefor. And seal' ed bids are invited for said work and will bo received at the office of the City Recorder In the City Hall at Ogden, Og-den, Utah, until 10 o'clock a. m. on tho 29th day of Juno, 1916, at which time said bids will be opened and considered con-sidered by tho Board of Commissioners, Commission-ers, and contrnct awarded to the lowest low-est responsible bidder. Instructions to bidders, plans and specifications for said Improvement can be seen and examined ex-amined at tho office of the City Engineer Engi-neer in the City Hall of said city. The right Is reserved to roject any and all bids and to waive any defects. By order of tho Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners of Ogden City, Utah, this, the 6th day of Juno, 1916.
