Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby given by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following follow-ing described improvements, to-wit: To create Van Buron Avenue between Twenty-fourth Street and Capitol Avenue, Ave-nue, and Lincoln Avenue between Twentieth and Twenty-first Streets as a sewer district, and to construct theroin a sewer of vitrified or con-creto con-creto plpo of sufficient capacity, together to-gether with tho necessary manholes and to extend six-Inch laterals from tho main sewer to the curb line and to connect all with tho manholes of the present sewer system, and all other oth-er things necessary to complete the whole In a proper manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in the office of the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the coat and expense of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a Bpeclal tax to bo assessed upon tho lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being tho district to bo affected or benefited by such improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a lino drawn 132.00 feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Van Buren avenue between Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street and Capitol avenue and on both sides of Lincoln avenue between be-tween Twentieth and Twenty-first streets, being lot 10, block 31, plat "C"; Lots l, 2, 3, 24, 25 and 26, Capitol Cap-itol Block Sub-dlvlslon of Block 30, Plat "C"; Lot 1, Block 6, Five-Acre Plat "A"; Lot 14, Block 7, Five-Acre Plat "A"; Block 5, RiverBide Park Addition, Ad-dition, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16. Block 4, Riverside Park addition, all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at $2,000 00. All protests or objections to such improvement or to the carrying out of such intention muBt be presented in writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting front feet and be filqd with the City Recorder on or before the 15th day of July, 1916. The Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wlt, to-wlt, the 17th day of July, 1916, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made.
