He was arrested yesterday by Patrolman Blackburn, at Twenty-fifth street and Grant avenuo, on a charge of drunkenness. His actions, ac-tions, prior to and at the time of tho arrest were unusually obnoxious. John Scramey pleaded guilty to a chargo of drunkenness and, as he had injured no ono but himself, was given giv-en a suspended sentence. Joe Hashimoto, a Japanese, arrested arrest-ed yesterday evening on a chargo of disturbing the peace, forfeited $5 bail. |
