The Germans have lost twenty submarines since the beginning of tho war, according- to an editorial noto In the Motorahip and Motorboat, while tho British losses have been only seven, including tho E-7, the destruction of which was announced today. When tho war commenced, the paper pa-per declares, Germany had eleven seagoing sea-going submarines and 1G of a smaller typo, while up to Juno first ten new boatB had been added.
