Show KAISER'S MEN DENY MISSION Envoys Attempt to Reach Abyssinia to Stir Up Natives Na-tives Against British Fails. Rome, via Paris, April S The mem I bers of the German mission who made an unsuccessful attempt to penetrate to Addis Abeda to communicate with the German minister to Abyssinia hae just arrived in Rome on their way home. Italy did not permit them passage through Eritrea, but undertook under-took to see that mail for the minister minis-ter would go forward in due course.
