SUGAR" FACTORY COMPANY FORMEO Incorporation papers for the Iy-ton Iy-ton Sugar company have been executed, exe-cuted, with the capital stock set at J600.000. Of this amount. $500 000 has been paid in and is all Utah money. Officers of the new company are: Jesse Knight, president; E. P. Ellison El-lison vjee president, David C. Eccles of Ogden, second vice president: A Lester Mangum, secretary, and R. E Allen treasurer. The last two named are of Provo With the exception of Mr Allen, who Is not a director, the above named and the following form the directorate: James Pinpree, Os-den; Os-den; J. W. Knight. Provo; H.
