Show PROBATE MATTERS In Judge N. J. Harris' division of the district court this morning, the following probate matters were taken up and disposed of: Estate of Bent Peterson, deceased, petition for confirmation of sale of real estate granted and the administrator adminis-trator directed to perfect the papers pertaining to the sale. The petition for the confirmation of sale of personal property, in the matter mat-ter of the estate of Lillie May Brown Niess, deceased, granted. Estato of Peter C. Green, deceased, petition for an order authorizing execution exe-cution of a warranty deed granted. Authority to correct description of certain real estate, conveyed by warranty war-ranty deed was granted. In the matter of the estate of Dee Dee Hunter, deceased. de-ceased. Petition granted for approval of account, ac-count, distribution, discharge of administrator ad-ministrator and release of bondsmen, In the estato of Barney Burnos, deceased. de-ceased. Estate of Daniel E. Sullivan, deceas-e, deceas-e, order mado for the sale of certain real estate. Kate I. and Norlnne L. Scudder were appointed to administer the estate of Agnes W. Scudder, deceased, and their bond was fixed at $3,600. Estate of Erik W. Edvalson, deceased, deceas-ed, petition for letters of administration administra-tion granted and Mrs. Anna M. Edvalson, Edval-son, the widow, appointed administratrix administra-trix under a bond of $100. Under a bond of $7,200, Joseph H. Smith was appointed administrator of tho estate of William Slater, deceased. Hearing of petitions for letters of administration in the estates of Edward Ed-ward Farrell, deceased, and William P. Chambers, deceased, was continued until December 3. |
