Show BI6 LEAGUERS GI AN EXHIBITION AT GLE100DPARK This afternoon at Glenwood, a large crowd of local and visiting baseball fans are witnessing an. exhibition of the national game, played between two all-star teams formed from American and National League players. The major leaguers arrived in the city at 7:05 o'clock this morning over the Union Pacific, from Rock Springs, Wyoming, where they played a game yesterday. In thep arty were 27 players, whose names are almost as familiar to the fans throughout the country as those of their home towns and all were well pleased with the outrook for clear weather for tho game today. Travelling Travel-ling business representatives of the all-star aggregations, together with the wivos and children of some of the ball tossers swolled the membership to about 40 and two special cars were required for their accommodation. The visitors loft the cars at the Union Depot about 8:30 a. m., for quarters at the Reed hotel and, after breakfasting, wore tendered the courtesy cour-tesy of an interurban electric car by the Ogden, Logan and Idaho railway company, for a trip through Ogden canyon. They departed for the canyon at 10:40 o'clock and returned to the city at 12:30 noon, having enjoyed, according to the statements of several, sev-eral, the trip Immensely.
