Idho, Jan. 28 George Green, former deputy state treasurer and prior to holding that office cashier of the Idaho Trust and Sav ings bank of this city, was placed under arrest here tonight on a bench warrant, issued by the district our; based on a charge contained in an indictment returned by the -rand Jury probing the statehouse scandal I and treasury steal.
