Show UNDUE INFLUENCE IS' ALLEGED IN THE MAKING OF WILL In the matter of the eatate of De Loss Williams, deceased, Ira N. Williams, Wil-liams, Lydla A. Goodwin and Arden A. Roderick, alleged heirs, have petitions! peti-tions! the district court that Ira N. Williams bo appointed administrator. The petition relates that Mr. Williams Wil-liams died at the Soldiers' home at Los Angeles, December 22, 1914, leaving leav-ing an estate In Weber county of the value of about $3500, and that there are a number of heirs. It is also said by the petitioners that there Is a purported last will and testament, alleged to be in the possession pos-session of George A. Williams, an heir, hut that it was executed when the decedent was Incompetent to utter ut-ter his last will and testamenL and, also, that he acted under undue influences influ-ences when the will was uttered. The case of Victor R. Bohman against A B. Anderson et al. has been dismissed in the district court on motion of the plaintiff. In the estate of Albert G. Slater et al., the administrator has petitioned peti-tioned the district court to issue an order for the sale of certain real ostate, the petition relating that It is for the best interests of the estate that he propery be sold. In the estate of Wilford E. CraguH. deceased the administrator has pe-tloned pe-tloned for a hearing respecting the final settlements of the accounts. |
