Show (J(J Mil FALLS MID IS INJURES Absalom A Noggle of 244 Thirty-second Thirty-second fetreet, was seriously injured Saturday through a fall of nine feet from the ground floor of the new in-terurban in-terurban terminal on Twenty-fourth street, to tho concrete floor of the basement. The injured man Is a carpenter car-penter and was employed on tho building. He was staiu-ing near the ar.h-pit hole and, not noticing its close proximity, inadvertently stepped Into it and had an unbroken fall to the basement floor, alighting flat on his back. Fellow workmen summoned summon-ed a physician and the ambulance and ho was taken to the Dee hospital hospi-tal His injuries consisted of a brokeu rib and a badly strained laek Today he aK reported to bo improving im-proving and it was not thought that his injuries would have serious results. |
