Show oo P. J. NAYLIN BOND FOR LICENSE IS APPROVED At the meeting of the city hoard of commissioners this morning. Mayor A G. Fell advised tho board that he had been served with a summons In the case of the Ogden River Reservoir company against the American Construction Con-struction company and Ogden City The matter was referred to the city attorney. The suit was brought to cancel a certain lien which tho American Construction Con-struction company secured some time ago on the South Fork reservoir site property belonging to the plaintiff company for an alleged Indebtedness The city being Interested in the reservoir, res-ervoir, It became necessary to make It a party to the suit. The estimate for extra work ordered order-ed and also the final estimate for work done In Sidewalk district 117, by the George A Whltmeyer & Sons company, amounting to $690.55, were allowed and the auditor Instructed to draw warrants for the amounts The following payrolls and claims were allowed and ordered paid Waterworks department... $27 688.01 Street Dept, labor 1,166.37 Engineering Dept 1,367.46 9anltary Dept 10.2.r. Cemetery Dept 71.00 A. G. Harris 172 50 The bond of P J. Naylln for a re-tall re-tall liquor license was approved and the application certified to tho district dis-trict court The application of Louis LoonardI for transfer of tho Fulstuff barroom license to him, was referred to the superintendent of public safety The applicant desires to use the license at 131 Twenty-fifth street. |
