Tho compromise agreement by which a strike of telegraphers tele-graphers on the St. Louis & San Franclr-co railroad Is averted was signed by the receivers and by the representative of the Order of Rail way Telegraphers shortly before noon today The agreement is effective indefinitely in-definitely but may be terminated bv either party on 30 days notice The 800 members of the order who were suspended will be taken back without discrimination as fast as places for them are found.
