Sampel Winters, a former resident of the city now living at American Falls, was brought to the city today to undergo un-dergo treatment for a badly crushed arm. Winters was inspecting Improvements Im-provements around his trout lake, near American Falls, when In some way a large boulder of some tons weight was dislodged and pinned him to earth by his arm, crushing it from the elbow down. Neighbors heard the cries and soon released him. nn
