Show . oo Deaths and Funerals ' GODDARD The funeral of Mrs. Emma Goddard was held yesterday afternoon at the Fourth ward meeting meet-ing house; Bishop E. A. Olsen presided pre-sided and the speakers wera as follows. fol-lows. Apostle D. O. McKay. S. G. Dye, H. H. Goddard and Bishop Olsen. Ol-sen. There was a largo number of floral pieces and bouquets placed on the casket and on the pulpit platform plat-form and an impressive musical program pro-gram was given by Elsie Shorten, David Goddard, Orson Griffin and Edward Saunders. The interment was made In the City cemetery and the grave was dedicated by B. H. Goddard. r TERRY William Terry died early this morning at tho family home, 2G14 Lincoln avenue. Death was due to HVer trouble. Mr. Terry was born In Michigan on August 10, 1857. He came to Ogden about seven years ago, after living for a number of years in Seattle, Wash. He is survived sur-vived by a widow and one son, William Terry, Jr., of San Francisco, Fran-cisco, who is on his way to Ogden to attend the funeral, the date of which will be announced later. nrv |
