In the future all parpol post and collection and delivery wagons In use in the postal service throughout the country will be standardized in accordance with new specifications made public today by the war department The' wagons arc to be painted with medium medi-um coach green for body and cardinal red for running gear, with black striping strip-ing and gold letters. The words, "United States Mail," and "Parcel Post" will appear on the wagons In conspicuous gold letters.
