Neal, traveling representative of the George C Whitney company, largest manufacturers of valentines and similar lines in the United States, is here from Worcester, tyass., en route to California and coast points. Mr. Neal will remain for a fev days as tho guest of Irving P. Arnold, railroad nudltor, at his home, 2775 Grant avenue. Mr. Neal and Mr. Arnold were boyhood friends.
