District Attorney Davis states that an indictment has been found against parties not yet under arrest, but that the names would not be disclosed at this time nor would tho nature of the indictments bo made known. It Is understood that the balance of the week will be given largely to the Investigation of alleged Illegal Ille-gal liquor selling cases and that some of the country districts will come in for a share of investigation. This afternoon the alleged arson case against the Italian, Cammilo Branzo, who is now in the city jail under suspicion of having fired the macaroni plant last Saturday, will be taken up. A number of witnesses have been supoenaed. Officers of the macaroni company state that they are quite certain that Branzo set fire to the building. |
