The proposition of the mayor that heads of departments keep better time on the work of employes under them was also approved. Mr Fell advances the plan that the heads of departments shall report each month the number of days each employe has worked and furnish an accurate account ac-count of all time put In by every person per-son connected with the departni":.t The street and waterworks departments depart-ments will be required to furnish a time report on the first and sixteenth of each month. E. H. Funk was granted an auctioneer's auction-eer's license and his bond was officially offici-ally approved The bonds of engineer-elect Washington Jenkins and city oil Inspector Thomas Lundy were also approved. The city recorder reported that no protests had been filed against improvement im-provement In sidewalk district 125 ond the matter was referred to Commissioner Com-missioner Chris Flygare, superintendent superintend-ent of streets.
