JURY ' Frank Huber, who shot and kUlsd William Billings of Ogdsn, near Mountain Moun-tain City, Nevada, on August 20. 1913, was on Monday found guilty by a jury of murder in the first degree and the penalty fixed at life Imprisonment. On August 20, 1913, William Billing took a saddle from Frank Huber, in the town of Mountain City, and at tht same time the two me.n had a fight Billings left town and was followed by Huber, who overtook him at the Stinton ranch, and demanded his SRd-die, SRd-die, and, when Billings approached, shot and killed him.
