Show 1P0H GASES BEFORE CITY JUDGE Theodore Brahms. John Riley and Ivan Hicks were arraigned before the municipal judge atia special session of. court this afternoon. Brahms was charged, with embezzlement and his preliminary hearing was set for tomorrow to-morrow morning. Riley and Hicks were charged with burglary' in the second sec-ond degree and their preliminary hear. ingB were set for Friday morning. In the arraignments, the state was represented by County Attorney David Jensen and the defendants by Attorney Attor-ney W. W. Harcombe. |
