A feature of the women's suffrage procession which isj to march on congress May 9 to impress on senators and representative repre-sentative the strength of the movement move-ment for) national suffrage, will be a prelude consisting of children with flowers, 'it was announced today by those having the parade in charge. The pretude is to be symbolical of spring, youth and hope and suffrage leaders Aay It will make a spectacle unrjvalefi jn pageantry. Mrs. Ellpha-let Ellpha-let Andrews, a well known artist, has charge of this section of the parade, asslstei by Miss Elizabeth Kent, daughter of Representative Kent of California.
