He roomed at the Salvation Army till his funds became exhausted and since that timo he had slept in the city lodging house. A national encampment badge of the Grand Army of the Republic was found pinned to his coat lapel. There were no papers that would tend to establish tho whereabouts ot his relatives. rela-tives.
