C, K. CLUB ENTERTAIN In tho Woodmen of World ball last evening a pleasant time was spent by about 150 persons at the fourth annual an-nual reunion, banquet and dancing party given by the K. C. K. club. At 6 o'clock the banquet was served and H, Barton presided as toaatmastcr. Mr. Barton gave a short but interesting interest-ing talk on the "Welfare of the Club" after which Byron Whlttemore spoko on "New Officers." During the feast short speeches were given by George Brophy, A. Jones. J. Checketta. Harold Har-old Brummltt, Ralph Fuller, Leland Tribe, Albert Grwnwell, D. Klnga-ford. Klnga-ford. R. Pearson, Benson Scott and A- Davis. A dancing party followed the banquet ban-quet and light refreshments were served the dancers. Excollent dance music waa furnished by a six-piece orchestra and dancing continued until un-til after 12 o'clock. The affair waa nicely planned and one of the most successful over given by the K. C. BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION Thursday afternoon, Mrs. P. Peterson Peter-son entertained about twenty-tw-o guests In honor of her son, Blaine's eighth birthday. A delightful time was spent at the Peterson home, 2518 Lincoln avenue, followed by service of a tempting luncheon. GIVE PROM About tbreo hundred young people attended one of tho prettiest dancing parties of the season when the Juniors Jun-iors of the B. E. H. S. gave their an-nual an-nual prom In the large gymnasium of the school at Brigham last evening. Quite a number of guests from Ogden, Og-den, Logan, Willard and other cltieB were present. From Ogden were: Misses. Thurman, Violet Hall, Francis Fran-cis Marsh, Mary Parmley, Helen Hun-ter, Hun-ter, Helena. Butterfiehj, H. Wolhaup-ter Wolhaup-ter and Iva Sters. Throughout tho hall a Japanese decorative scheme prevailed. Large JIghted lanterns, Japanese fans and numerous umbrellas were artistically artistical-ly arranged while In one corner of the beautifully lighted hall a. punch booth of red, yellow, purple and green crepe paper lattice work showed artistic ar-tistic ability. Delicious fruit punch and dainty cakes and wafers were served during tho evening. O. held Its annual meeting meet-ing yesterday afternoon at the beautiful beau-tiful home of Mrs. W. J. Barnes, 2651 Monroe avenue. The decorations and all details were carried out entirely In the Easter Idea, Easter chickens, nests of eggs, and ducks swimming about in ponds being in evidence. After the election of officers and other business had beon attended to the meeting adjourned to meet the last Friday In April with Mrs. Frankio Brown. A social hour followed and dainty refreshments were served, the hostess being assisted by Mrs. J. S Carver. FIFTH WARD M. I. A. Tomorrow evening tho Fifth Ward Mutual Improvement association have planned a program of music and speeches. F. M. Drlgg6 and S. G. Monday evening at the Fourth Ward chapel all ex-stake workers of the Ogden stake will be entertained by the stake presidency and present stake-workers. The special program that has been prepared will Include short talks by Chas. C. Richards of the stake presidency presi-dency and Prof. C. J. Jensen of the high council and musical numbers by Mrs. Agnes Warner, Mr. Walter Stephens, Mr. Axel Nylander, Mr. Seth Pearson, Prof. E. A. Nichols and the Sixth Ward quartotto.
